Less than 20 will require a room charge. Children ages 10 and under are not included in headcount towards the room charge. Room Charges: 16-19 people $100.00 11-15 people $150.00 10 or less $200.00 Menu selection, guest count, arrival and dinner time must be made 10 days prior to reservation. The number for which the reservation is made will be the amount billed. We will be able to accommodate change in number for up to 3 days days prior to reservation for an increase if room is available and 5 days for a decrease. For plated dinners, we will be able to accommodate an increase in the number of guests if menu allows and room is available. Bartenders are available at $20.00 an hour. Cloth table coverings and napkins are available for an additional $5.00 per tablecloth and $0.50 per napkin. Reservations require a $50.00 deposit the day the reservation is made. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in full up to two weeks prior to date of reservation. Reservations made for the month of December will require a $100.00 deposit. Refunds will not be issued if reservation is cancelled after November 1st. Children 4 to 10 years old will be charged 60% of adult price. Children 3 and under eat free. Prices do not include 20% gratuity and 7% sales tax. Only one check will be made for the bill, there are no separate checks. There will be a 3% non cash payment adjustment to all electronic payments.
